Protecting your personal information is very important for us, which is why this PRIVACY NOTICE, developed to comply with the FEDERAL PROTECTION LAW OF PERSONAL DATA IN POSSESSION OF INVIDIVIDUALS, aims to inform you of the kind of personal data we collect from you, how it will be used, managed and shared, and with whom.

 

¿What personal information do we collect from you directly? As client of any of our services we may request some personal information, related to:

  • Your name, place and date of birth, marital status, address, occupation, Federal Taxpayer Registry, or any similar required by law or any other necessary for the best service render.

  • Your assets such as bank accounts, loans, personal and real property, assets and liabilities, rights and obligations, among other.

  • Information about your spouse, heirs, legatees, beneficiaries, co-owners, partners, etc.

  • Official documents or photographs or images that prove their identity and as well as your Taxpayer registry and your CURP.

This office collects and uses your personal information to the following ends:

  • To establish and confirm your identity.

  • To understand and address your needs for a better rendering of our services.

  • To elaborate invoices and receipts of payment.

  • To fulfill with the legal requirements and to implement our recommendations.

¿With whom do we share your information and for what purpose? Your personal information is treated by the staff of this office, and to the competent authorities of the field, depending on services ordered, such as migration, tax, economy, foreign relations, public registries of property and cadastral records, and similar, among others, and with third parties in the cases established by laws, or by the legal consequences or purposes of the services rendered.

¿How can you exercise your rights of accessing, rectifying, canceling or opposing the processing of your personal data? As per the applicable law, you are entitled at all times to access your personal data in our possession, as well as to the details of the way we are using them, as well as to rectify if they are inaccurate or incomplete and to request the erasure of your data when you considered it’s not being used according to the ends of mentioned in this privacy notice, or to ends not consented to, or when our contractual relation is over, you may also oppose to the use of your data to only specific purposes.

Mentioned request must contain:
