Canje + Virtual Consultancy Package

Our team will accompany you through the process of exchanging your visa for a Mexican Temporary or Permanent Resident Card at the INM office in Mérida or Mexico City, while also providing up to three hours of virtual consultation to help answer your questions about living, settling, and navigating administrative processes in Mexico.

What's Included:

• Review of your documentation before your appointment
• Guidance regarding Canje requirements and procedures
• Appointment scheduling (when available)
• Accompanied assistance at the INM office in Mérida or Mexico City
• Support with communication and interpretation during the appointment
• Follow-up regarding the status of your application
• Up to three hours of virtual consultancy, which may be used for topics such as:
• Residency obligations and renewals
• General relocation questions

What's Not Included

• Government immigration fees
• Translation, apostille, legalization, or notarization services
• Travel, transportation, accommodation, or courier expenses
• Representation through a Power of Attorney
• Additional immigration procedures beyond the Canje process
• Consultancy hours beyond the three hours included in the package
• Assistance with issues arising from missing, incorrect, or fraudulent documentation
• Expedited processing by the National Immigration Institute (INM)

Please note that processing times and final decisions are determined exclusively by the INM and are outside our control. While we provide guidance and assistance throughout the process, approval and issuance of the resident card cannot be guaranteed.
