As newly arrived jubilados with a lot of internet research behind us we thought we knew what we had to do, where to go, who to see, what to take with us, etc, etc. to sort out our immigration, health, 3rd Age social security, household goods importation, etc. We and the internet were very wrong, YES paved the way for us to safely pass through mysterious steps, checks and balances that are neither stated nor obvious and which appear designed to astound, confound and frustrate the unknowing.
